What do credit reports reflect?

The credit reports reflect the financial potential of the debtor or the borrower and their ability to repay loans and the interest rates. Credit reports reflect statuses of the borrowers and their creditworthiness. For instance, scores from 300 to 499 reflect very bad crediting, while 500 to 580 are poor credit scores. Scores that range from 580 to 619 are low credit scores and 680 to 699 are considered to be good credit scores.
